Girl with a Pot by Valery Sigalov @SigalovValery

Free for a Limited Time, 6/18-21/20. Click Now on the Cover Photo. It was always my dream to tell my life's story, convey my emotions, explain the decisions that I have made. It is a very personal story. It is about how my family and my immigration experiences have shaped and changed me into the person I am today. My name is Valery Sigalov. I am a Software Engineer. I was born in Russia and moved to Israel when I was 27. I lived in Israel for 15 years and then emigrated to United States in 2013. I live in Princeton, New Jersey, with my wife and two children.
I wrote my first poetry book "Girl with a Pot" about my life and immigration experiences. The big part of my life was in a country that does not exist anymore. I hoped that after reading this book, my children will understand me better. My daughter made all the illustrations in this book. I hope you will enjoy it.

From Bottle To Bottle: How I Broke Bad Habits, Changed My Lifestyle And Taught A Toddler To Eat Everything by Ivona Nikolic @moms_den

Free for a Limited Time, from June 5th to 10th. Click Now on the Cover Photo.
https://linktr.ee/ivona_nikolic_moms_den

From drinking and partying all day long, to miscarriage and eating disorder - she's been through it all.
In From Bottle To Bottle, Ivona Nikolic takes us through her transformational journey from a lost, young woman to an incredible mom and wife. Not only did she change her nutritional and social habits, but she also created a thriving and healthy environment for her whole family. Together with her husband, Ivona purged the corruption from their lives and stepped on the path of change - towards an exceptional lifestyle, balanced diet and a strong marriage.

Ivona's journey began at one of the lowest points of her life: she was a party girl with a growing addiction problem, with no real friends - except for her boyfriend, who was facing the same problems. During the first year of their life together, they barely slept at all, ate nothing but junk food (which was quite an achievement for two vegetarians!), played way too many video games, and completely neglected their studies. Despite all that, they desperately wanted a baby.

When Ivona got pregnant for the first time, they started working on a better lifestyle - but the damage had already been done. They lost their baby, and the grief that followed pushed them into unprecedented depression. It seemed as though nothing good would ever happen to them again.

It didn't - not until they took the matter into their own hands and decided to change everything about their lives. They packed their bags, moved into their own apartment, and said goodbye to their destructive lifestyle. From that point on, they've blossomed into a responsible, mature couple, ready to take on the most important task of all: being great parents to their rainbow baby. A curious, cheerful toddler who acquired all those great, new habits his parents had taught him. Ivona's greatest goal was to show her son how to fall in love with healthy, nutritious food. She took some incredible action steps even early on in her pregnancy to make sure she succeeds - and so she did!

From Bottle To Bottle will tug at your most vulnerable heartstrings, giving you a unique perspective of motherhood. As you dive from one unfiltered confession to another, you'll find yourself giggling, aching and trembling - often, all at the same time. This book will empower you to break the cycle of your own horrible habits and discover action steps towards a better lifestyle, stronger relationships in your family, and most importantly - an improved version of yourself.

You'll hop into Ivona's (rather tiny) shoes, and discover how to:
say goodbye to destructive habits, lifestyle and relationships
get through all the stages of grief after losing a loved one
be more open and honest with yourself and others
improve your nutritional habits and stop eating junk
Of course, you can probably find some information about all these things elsewhere. But do you know how to:
make an almost-fatal-to-eat casserole?

get the entire labor room to laugh at you?
stop being a zombie-mom after your child is born?
You probably don't - but don't worry. You'll learn it all.

This book is not for everyone - well, at least not for the faint of heart. But if you're a mom (or a brave dad!), mom-to-be, recovering addict, a wanderer on a path of change, or even a curious bystander who can't resist hearing Ivona's incredible story, you're in the right place. If the voice in your head said: "That's me!" when you read any of these words, don't ignore it. This book is for you.
